We are looking for a Recruiter to join our fast growing team! You will be a part of our HR team, working with managers and team leads across the org to fulfill Nordeus’ needs for hiring the best of the best. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing skills, excellent client management skills and a keen understanding of how to assess candidates for an incredibly high talent bar.

Responsibilities

Create and execute recruiting strategies for positions across the company
Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, understand their needs for talent and help them define the ideal candidates
Work closely with other team members to develop and run effective sourcing strategies geared towards attracting top-tier technical talent
Create and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent for all Nordeus teams in a highly metrics driven organization
Work closely with HR Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices

Required skills:

2+ years of recruiting top talent candidates and sourcing experience for a search agency or in-house recruiting organization
Experience partnering with senior level managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search, user groups, networking and sourcing via web channels
Exceptional organizational and interviewing skills
Knowledge of the software development processes or experience with recruiting in ITC is a plus
